Slide Show of Nicolas

Nicolas is the featured farmer at the Whole Foods web site. Their pictures of the farm are wonderful. And you get to hear his sweet Belgian/southern accent, an accent which I heard as being mid-western when I first met him. Maybe wrong about the accent by my intuition was right about him.

How cool is that?! I should have gotten his autograph when we were there. ;P
You guys do have an awesome farm, and I've told everyone I know about it. I hope that all this good press helps to make organic the standard very soon.

So amazing! I LOVE his accent, and would buy his veggies any day. But alas, I am in CT. I think you have such a beautiful place, your farm is just outstanding. :>)-K

Broc and I both really think this is so cool! I lived within walking distance of the first Whole Foods in Austin in the early 80's and now finally one of their mega Whole Food Stores has opened here. I loved their original store. Should have bought some stock in it I think :-_
You all should be very proud!!
