Sharing our Asparagus, wee house and Bearded Irises with Friends

Just a few moments from our very full, fantastic weekend here with Mindy and her family. We are so lucky that they live in Georgia. It would be nice if they were in our part of the state but at least the distance means we are forced to spend several days together at a time - mostly cooking, playing sports and laughing. Nicolas and John both moved to Georgia from Europe when they were sixteen, went to the same college, ended up unschooling their kids (which is how they finally met) and picked fabulous women to marry. ; )

I love you Georgians! :)

I didn't know both those guys had those similar backgrounds, very cool! The iris is beautiful, and it is you drawing it?

It is Mindy drawing it (way better than I could). I love you Oregonians!

Isn't the drawing amazing! And it even got better. I have the beautiful Iris, but Mindy has the drawing talent.
